    All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays USA & S.Korea) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    All sales are processed through AMAZON and the shipping cost and times will be listed on our listing and at Check Out.

    1. Korea is 15 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time - 16 hours Pacific Daylight Time and because of the time difference, some customers may think we are late in processing their order or answering emails.

    International Shipping

    We offer international shipping to the following countries: Check with Amazon shipping for a list of countries. 

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miracle,M is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at luke@doorskorea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    We will ship certain items to a post office box as of 2022. However, we often employ carriers that don't deliver to PO boxes, so many products are excluded. Our shoppers can instead use General Delivery addresses or other workarounds to receive our packages.  Check Shipping details at Check Out.

     

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We follow AMAZON Guidelines since it is AMAZON that process sales and returns:

    Return Policy

    Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

    Mistaken Returns

    Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

    We do not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donate, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to us, please contactLuke@doorskorea.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us

    Global Store Return Policy

    It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

    For most Global Store returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point located across the US. You can find your most convenient UPS location using the following link:

    Not all Global Store items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.

    We will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.


    Refunds will be made to the same account that the items were purchased and not to a third person or account.  

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at luke@doorskorea.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
