You can use the MIC’s Bluetooth to connect to a Karaoke APP on your SmartPhone or use a MP3 memory stick for the music and then you can sing over the music with the M75.

Our microphone is powered by its own rechargeable batteries and is self contained. It can be connected directly to a MP3 player with the enclosed cable or via Bluetooth to many APPS. For added volume, you can use the enclosed AUX Cable and connect with a speaker or other device, or wirelessly to any FM Radio. If you do have a Karaoke machine our MIC can be connected by cable or Bluetooth.

If your TV is Bluetooth compatible, you can hook up to the TV. Usually people use a smartphone and then mirror it to their TV.
If you are wanting to connect the M75 to the TV for sound, then the M75 is not the model for you since it does not have an AUX Port OUT. The M37, M90, M100 would be better choices for you since they all have AUX Port OUT. You will be able to connect the MIC via the enclosed AUX cable from the OUT port on the MIC to the IN Port on the TV.
